BEFORE
For a lip procedure, it is very important to consult with us regarding cold sores, shingles, and Herpes simplex. If you ever had any of those conditions, it is important you are pre-treated with an antiviral, a prescription by your physician is required to get this antiviral.
To strengthen your immune system, we recommmend you to take an antiviral (Valtrex or Zovirax) 1 day before, and 3 tablets after the procedure, You should consult with your doctor, as a medical prescription is required for these antivirals.
No lips fillers 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your procedure.
Please start moisturizing your lips 3 days before your procedure with Aquaphor, or an ointment. It is very important not to come to your appointment with dry or chapped lips.
AFTER
For the first 3 days only have drinks through a straw
Do not irritate your lips with spicy and salty foods for the first 3 days.
Use the cream that I will give you about every 3-4 hours
Do not sunbathe for the first 7 days
Do not use sauna or pool for the first 5-7 days.
Please note: Your procedures will appear darker and bolder due to a natural process of scabbing and healing for the first 5 days. It is normal for all permanent makeup procedures.

Currently taking blood thinner (consult your doctor).
Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor).
Viral infections and/or disease.
Epilepsy.
A Pacemaker or major heart problems.
Had an Organ transplant.
Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne).
Had Botox in the past 2 Weeks
Had steroid shots less than 30 days before the procedure
